They later flocked from Italy to the United States looking for opportunities. They brought their culinary traditions along with them to neighborhoods that later became Little Italy and Hells Kitchen. Drawing on simple ingredients and the techniques used in the Motherland, La Fortuna offers classic dishes such as saltimbocca, braciole, lasagna, cacio e pepe, and brick oven pizza.
